Hey ladies! Looks good! Here’s how I make my Vegan tacos.

This does mean doing a little more cooking then you might be able to on the bus.

I start with cutting up into small pieces potatoes(I like using the small red ones).

After that I add peppers, fresh jalapenos(which aren’t as hot as one would think) and onions into a pan…I use a little olive old to start out with.

* I make alot because someone will always stop by when I'm cooking them...never fails lol *

I cut up a little bit of fresh garlic but not much. Toss it in and then to add some juice for it all to cook in I cut up fresh tomatoes…the bigger the juicer and better!
As they cook they release a lot of their juices which helps cook the rest of the veggies.
I season it with some Garlic salt and salantro…can’t ever get enough salantro !
As the veggies get close to being done I add some Black beans in to warm up…also add a little season salt…yeah the red stuff and black pepper.

Guacamole is perfect for these and cutting up onions, jalapenos, tomatoes ,garlic and salantro and letting it sit for a bit makes for a great salsa.
I like a little extra kick so I add more fresh garlic and jalapenos!

Throw (it's more fun when you do) it all to a whole wheat tortilla and enjoy!
{Cumin is also a nice spice to add to the veggies.}

Hope you enjoy your tacos and it was great to see you two in Wichita a few days back…plus the GnR t-shirt looked pretty awesome from the stage!

hey ladies, i love you guys and this video was great!

lets see... my craziest cooking experience.. once, me, my sister and another friend were making a chocolate cake.. here's everything that went wrong..

1. we only had two eggs and it required four.

2. the temperature on the oven was supposed to be set at 450.. my sister accidentally set it on 250, which made it end up having to be cooked for two hours, instead of 30 minutes

3. after it was done baking, i dropped some of it in the floor.. my sister put it back in the pan with the rest...

it turned out great though! haha

Hi i live in sydney and i love your music, your really good. its always good to hear about fellow Aussies who have done something and are known for it. im sure you know that though. once my sister was making a micro. baked potatoe and she forgot to score it, it exploded and there were flames coming out of the microwave. for about 3 mnths it smelt like there was a bushfire in the kitchen. we thought it was really funny. (She didnt) luv u guys!! take care of each other

I told this sotry on TVMB actually hehe.I decided Id make brownies so i bought a packet mix so should be simple right?? WRONG!
First mistake was, i put the butter in..but forgot to melt it. SO i thought i was being intelligent when i decided to add MILK (not on the ingredients list) to get the right consistency. I then pured the mixture into my nicely greased and lined pan. It was only after Id spent 5 mins evening it all out that i realised ..ID FORGOTTEN THE 2 EGGS!!! hahahahaha (so THATS why i had the wrong consistency...no need for milk after all!) haha!. So i SQUEEEZED the mixture out of the greaseproof paper back into the bowl (which was actually a huge saucepan haha) aadded the eggs then put it back into the now re-lined pan. I put it in the oven set for the 30 mins the box said....15 mins later..i have...BLACKIES!!!! and a smoke filled house nhahahahahahaha!
